A: No, only one name can be extacted from the database per CD. However, with some albums you can choose a generic options such as "Boys and Girls" or "Children" to be sung in place of the name.

A: For CD's (Music and Story Books)1-2 items, the shipping cost is $4.40 and for 3-4 items the shipping cost is $8.80.
For Clock and Plush Animals Shipping costs are $9.75 for one item. Additional items $2.00

A: Shipment of your product will take place within 24 to 72 hours of payment approval. During the holidays or weekends, shipping may take longer due to the United States Postal Service offices being closed.

A: We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase but all items are personalized and made to order, therefore all sales are final. If your CD is damaged we will gladly send you another one. We must receive the faulty merchandise back before the new CD is shipped.

A: Yes. We will wrap your CD in wrapping paper and attach a small decorative bow for $4.00. If you opt for us to mail it as well, a bow won't fix into the corrugated mailer.
